Our young people have a great deal of pressure placed on them. Levels of anxiety and depression are rising. My colleagues and I have worked with thousands of youth and this is what we hear: \n“Yes\, I am in conversation with friends considering suicide or self-harm.” \n“Yes\, I know someone struggling with an addiction or an eating disorder.” \n“Yes\, I talk with friends about relationship troubles and stress.” \nAnd one hundred percent of our youth say\, “YES!
